so we can see that squatting position is the most preferable position  (refer Fig 3&4) and the most efficient-time saving position (refer Fig 1&2). No wonder the squatting during defecation is categorized as one of the beautiful ways (sunnah) of our beloved prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)  :)
